	M. Hatem Soltani

		*Chairman and Chief Executive Officer* M. Soltani is responsible for charting GenuineDocs’s course and overall company management. Before founding GenuineDocs, M. Soltani has held various positions with IBM Canada , Dell Canada and Celestica. He holds an Honors Degree in Banking from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Tunis and an MBA degree from University of Ottawa.

		M. Shane Brown

	*Executive Advisor, Strategy and Business Planning* M. Brown is responsible for designing GenuineDocs’s strategy direction and business planning. Before joining GenuineDocs, M. Brown has held positions with Grant Thornton LLP, Dell Canada and also advised various emerging technology companies. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.

	M. Hassen Attaya

		*VP, Business Development* M. Attaya is responsible for GenuineDocs’s business development. Before joining GenuineDocs, M. Attaya has held positions with Nortel and EMC. He holds an International MBA from University of Ottawa.
